Meditation


Earlier this year, in february to be exact, I started on an online Meditation course through Mindspo. I did this since I have always been a spiritual person and I had thought about trying mediation for a long time since I have a tendency to overthink things.

About 4 weeks into the course I could definitely feel a change happening. I didn't overthink as much as I used to do. And I could slowly feel that maybe I also was becoming a more calmer person. And right after mediating I felt very relaxed.

I have to be honest and say that I haven't been meditating the last few months. I did so well meditating in the spring and early summer but then I just stopped meditating. I don't really know why I stopped since I really could feel the benefits of meditating and I didn't overthink as much as I used to. But I have started meditating again and I can slowly feel the positive effects of meditating. So this time I really want to make it a routine every single day.

Many people think meditating just is something new age, and it really doesn't work. If you have an mindset that something doesn't work then it won't work. And believe me I know, since I have had that mindset a lot of times through the years and sometimes I still have that mindset even though I'm trying to get better at changing that mindset.
Meditation can be used for a lot things that are health benefits. It can also be used to help stress as an mindfulness exercise. It's a great way to get your heartbeat down if you are stressing over something or overthink things like I do.


I'm actually really glad I decided to take the online meditation course. I have learned a lot from the course and have learned something about myself in the process.
I took an english meditation course even though I'm Danish. I decided the english meditation course was the right for me even though it was in english.

There are many different meditation courses in each country so if you are interested in trying meditation just make a google search to see if you can find a course in a city near you or an online course.
